The role Educational Leader with real leadership weight.
Your week is split:
Three days mentoring educators, coaching in rooms, modelling practice, lifting capability, and advocating for child safe standards.

You will share the leadership load with the Nominated Supervisor, holding the pedagogical compass while she lead the direction of the service.

Who we are looking for:
- An early adopter who can step straight in. Not someone we have to train. Open-minded and adaptable. Strong opinions held loosely. Confident in your practice, but curious about ours.
- Current experience as an Assistant Director or Educational Leader ready from week one. -Track record of mentoring educators and lifting practice across a team.
- Real experience designing and running bush kindy or nature play programmes.
- Hands on experience with policy review and embedding child safe standards.
- Comfort with risk-benefit thinking, not risk-avoidance.
- First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, asthma, and current Working with Children Check.
