About the Role
An experienced Centre Director is needed to step into a key leadership role within a small family-owned early learning service in Western Sydney.

With the current Director on extended sick leave, the service is looking for someone who can provide strong leadership, support the team, maintain operational stability, and build confidence with families.

The role offers genuine flexibility and could suit someone seeking a short-term opportunity, casual arrangement, or a longer-term position.

Full-time remuneration is between $105K-$110K + super, with part-time arrangements also available. Casual candidates will be considered, with rates available up to $67 per hour depending on experience and suitability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the service
• Maintaining compliance with the NQF and relevant regulations
• Supporting enrolment growth and occupancy management
• Managing Qikkids and administrative processes
• Building positive relationships with families and the local community
• Supporting educators and fostering a collaborative team environment
• Working closely with the owner to strengthen service performance and quality outcomes

About You
You are a confident and approachable leader who can quickly establish trust, provide direction, and create stability for both families and educators.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Experience in a Centre Director, Assistant Director or similar leadership role within ECE
• Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing compliance and service operations
• Confidence with enrolments and occupancy management
• Experience using Qikkids or similar childcare management software
• Relevant early childhood qualification
• Current Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain
