About the role

We’re hiring for two roles and welcome applications from candidates suited to either position:

Co-Leader — Partner with the Service Leader to manage daily operations, mentor your team, handle administration, and step up when needed. Ideal if you’re ready to take real ownership of a service.

Educator — Plan and deliver creative, engaging programs for primary school-aged children across Before School, After School, and Vacation Care. Bring your energy and care — we’ll support you every step of the way.

Shifts are designed around the school day — no weekends and no 9–5. Perfect if you’re studying, parenting, or simply value your time outside of work.

Hours

• Before School Care: 6:30 am – 9:00 am
• After School Care: 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm
• Vacation Care: shifts during school holiday programs

What you’ll do

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs that inspire children to learn and play
• Build genuine relationships with children, families, school staff, and your community
• Lead, support, and mentor a team of educators (Co-Leader)
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standard and all child safety requirements
• Support rostering, enrolments, and day-to-day service administration
• Step into the Service Leader role as required (Co-Leader)

What we’re looking for

• A genuine passion for working with primary school-aged children
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Experience in OSHC, childcare, education, or a related field (desirable)
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent (required)
• First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
