We are on the lookout for passionate and creative Lead Educator with a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education to join our team at Blossom Preschool on a full time basis.

We would be happy to support you to complete your Diploma as a traineeship if you have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.

You will be joining a team of eager and diligent educators who are excited to have someone new join their them!
You will be welcomed into our environment with open arms and we will be patient with you as we teach you how to use our programs and get used to our daily routines. 

What do we expect from you?

• You are able to have fun, while maintaining relationships with other educators, children, families and management. 

• You are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic

• You are flexible and reliable with hours between 7am - 6pm and a 6-weekly staff meeting

• You are respectful of EVERYONE and able to work collaboratively amongst the team

• You have proven ability to create programs and write observations and follow-ups on children's development

• You are creative and are EXCITED to pass this passion onto the children 

• You hold a current first aid and CPR certificates

• You hold a valid WWCC

• You are nurturing toward the children and create a safe environment

• You have current qualification in early childhood or are willing to obtain
