Mt Coolum Early Learning is looking for a Centre Manager who is experienced in making big change and positive impact on early childhood centres and teams.

Selection criteria:

• Proven experience in transforming centres and teams.
• Evidence of implementing innovative programs for children and team members.
• Have a knack at building relationships with your team members, families, children and the community.
• Be an experienced early years leader.
• A can-do attitude and positive mindset.
• Drive unique programming and practice & implement contemporary evidence-informed pedagogy.
• Experience and knowledge of centre operations, finances and legislative requirements.
• Have a passion for excellence for children.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor/Diploma of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-equivalent.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
• Valid Working with Children's Check
