We're looking for a passionate Educational Leader to join our YMCA Chatswood Hills OSHC team on a permanent part-time basis. This is your chance to influence programming, mentor educators and bring creative learning experience to life outside school hours.

A day in the life:

With support from our experienced Children's Services Leadership Team, you will:

• Design and deliver engaging, high-quality programs that spark curiosity and learning
• Coach, mentor and inspire educators to perform at their best
• Champion child-led, play-based learning aligned to approved frameworks
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture
• Lead by example and encourage reflective, best-practice teaching
• Build strong connections with families, schools and the wider community
• Ensure programs meet compliance requirements and high standards of care

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in OSHC or related
• Strong knowledge of approved learning frameworks and child development
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and lead others
• Diploma qualified (or above) in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
