What you'll be doing (varies by role)

• Deliver fun, child-led programs that support learning and development
• Support or lead day-to-day service operations
• Guide and inspire a team of educators
• Build strong connections with families, schools and community
• Create safe, inclusive environments where children thrive

What we're looking for

• A passion for working with children and making a difference
• Certificate III or above in relevant qualifications (or studying) i
• Experience ranging from entry-level through to leadership
• Paid Blue Card & First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong communication skills
