We’re seeking an experienced Training Systems Supervisor to take operational ownership of training and competency systems across ABU Operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical environment, understands the complexity of training governance, and can translate frameworks into stable, reliable system execution.
As the Training Systems Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring training frameworks, job role profiles, and competency requirements are accurately reflected and maintained within enterprise systems such as CMS and Workday. You’ll act as the primary point of accountability for system integrity, data quality, pathway configuration, and user experience.
System Ownership — Lead the governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of training and competency systems.
Data Integrity — Maintain high‑quality data, ensuring compliance with approved frameworks and standards.
User Support — Provide functional supervision, guidance, and troubleshooting for system users.
Stakeholder Collaboration — Partner with internal teams to ensure training pathways and competency requirements are executed effectively.
Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance system performance.
Vocational Training Expertise — Strong knowledge of VET requirements within the Australian oil & gas sector.
Operational System Supervision — Proven experience supervising or owning technical/operational support systems.
Training & Competency Systems — Deep understanding of CMS, Workday, LMS platforms, or similar systems.
Attention to Detail with strong data governance capability.
Teamwork & Communication — Ability to build inclusive, collaborative working environments.
Stakeholder Engagement — Skilled in coaching, issue resolution, and cross‑functional communication.
