Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of educators
Foster a culture of kindness, accountability, and collaboration
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
Support the ongoing growth and development of the service
Drive quality outcomes through strong operational and educational leadership
Guide and empower your team to achieve their full potential
Ensure compliance while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Centre Manager or strong leadership experience as a 2IC/Assistant Director
Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and National Regulations
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Confidence in leading change, building engagement, and supporting service growth
A genuine passion for supporting educators and creating positive outcomes for children
Current Blue Card and First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
