What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of educators

  • Foster a culture of kindness, accountability, and collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community

  • Support the ongoing growth and development of the service

  • Drive quality outcomes through strong operational and educational leadership

  • Guide and empower your team to achieve their full potential

  • Ensure compliance while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment

What You'll Bring:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience as a Centre Manager or strong leadership experience as a 2IC/Assistant Director

  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams

  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and National Regulations

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence in leading change, building engagement, and supporting service growth

  • A genuine passion for supporting educators and creating positive outcomes for children

  • Current Blue Card and First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
