Roseberry House Waterford West is looking for a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our supportive and growing team.

As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will play an important role in creating engaging learning environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
You will work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality educational experiences while building strong connections with children and their families.
Create engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children
Support children's development through play-based learning and intentional teaching
Observe, document, and contribute to children's learning and development
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve quality outcomes
Participate in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities
✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying towards)
✔ Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
✔ A genuine passion for early childhood education
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ A positive and collaborative approach to teamwork
✔ Commitment to providing high-quality care and education
