Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, personalised driving lessons that put the client's needs front and centre

• Build genuine rapport with clients, creating a safe and supportive learning environment

• Assess progress and adapt lesson plans to suit each individual's pace and learning style

• Prepare clients for their practical driving assessments in line with WA licensing requirements

• Provide clear, encouraging feedback that builds confidence as well as skill

• Maintain accurate student records and lesson notes

• Keep the training vehicle roadworthy, clean, and professionally presented

• Stay current with road rules, licensing requirements, and best practice in driver education

• Available to work weekends and early or late lessons on a rotating basis

About You

You bring energy and heart to everything you do. You understand that for many clients, learning to drive is a milestone moment — and you take pride in being part of that journey.

• Current WA Driver Instructor Licence (or eligibility to obtain one)

• Valid, unrestricted WA Driver's Licence (C class)

• A genuine passion for supporting clients and helping them succeed

• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable — no two clients are the same

• Strong communicator who can put nervous learners at ease

• Solid knowledge of Australian Road Rules and WA road laws

• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
