The Deputy Principal will be responsible for working with the Executive Principal and the Leadership and Management Team to enact the school's ongoing improvement agenda.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong capacity to lead and support contemporary IT and digital pedagogical practices, ensuring strategic alignment between curriculum delivery, innovation and student engagement across the school. Working as part of the school's leadership team you will be instrumental in developing the mindsets, pedagogical practices and curriculum knowledge of teachers within your faculty.
A key part of your success will be your ability to develop and nurture positive working relationships with, and between, students, parents and staff in a large and complex school community.
