Position Overview

With continued growth, we're looking for High-Risk Trainers/Assessors to join our team.

This role is based at our Bankstown and Blacktown training facilities and involves delivering training for a range of nationally recognised courses, including the following units:

• CPCWHS1001 - White Card

• HLTAID009-012 - First Aid

• RIIWHS202E - Working at Heights

• TLILIC0003 - Forklift

• TLILIC0004 - Order Picker

• TLILIC0005 - Elevated Work Platform Over 11m

• CPCCLDG3001 - Dogging

• CPCCLSF2001 - Scaffolding Basic

• CPCCLSF3001 - Scaffolding Intermediate

• RIIWHS202E - Confined Spaces and MSMWHS217 - Gas Test Atmospheres

• RIIHAN309F - Telehandler (TSHA Gold Card accredited trainer)

• RIIHAN301E - EWP Under 11m (EWPA Yellow Card accredited trainer)

• RIISS00054 - Traffic Controller, RIISS00055 - Implementer, RIISS00056 - PWZ

• TLID0020 - Manual Handling, TLIK2010 - RF Scanner

Whether you're an established trainer or an experienced industry individual ready to step into training, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, industry‑relevant training.

• Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records and documentation.

• Keep current with industry trends, equipment updates, and best practices.

• Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum of one of the qualifications listed above

• Additional qualifications will be HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

• Demonstrated industry experience and the ability to provide currency.

• Experience in delivering courses in training environment

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
