This is more than a leadership role. It’s an opportunity to reshape how young people discover their future, connect with education and step confidently into meaningful pathways.

At The Gordon, we’re reimagining Youth Pathways; shifting from process to possibility, from enrolments to impact, from administration to inspiration at scale.

This is your chance to lead a portfolio at the intersection of education, community and future workforce through connecting schools, shaping decisions and opening doors for the next generation across Wyndham and Barwon.

We’re looking for a strategic, energised leader ready to take Youth Pathways to the next level — building aspiration, strengthening partnerships and creating a powerful pipeline from school to future careers.

This is also a leadership opportunity with real weight. You’ll take ownership of Youth Pathways and drive its evolution into a high-impact, future-focused function building aspiration, strengthening partnerships and creating a powerful pipeline into education and careers.

You’ll bring together relationships, data and innovation to make pathways visible, accessible and meaningful while shaping programs aligned to future workforce needs and growth.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and grow Youth Pathways across Wyndham and Barwon regions
  • Build strong partnerships with schools, DET and community networks
  • Drive student pipeline, engagement, and pathway outcomes
  • Use data and reporting to monitor impact and improve decision-making
