Centre Manager

As Centre Manager, you will lead all aspects of the service, including operations, compliance, team leadership, and family engagement. You will play a key role in building a positive team culture, mentoring educators, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional early learning outcomes.

About You

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Ideally 5+ years' experience in leadership and management
• Strong knowledge of the NQS, EYLF and relevant legislation
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage change with confidence and clarity
• Passion for high-quality education and community engagement

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality, play based kindergarten program that fosters children's confidence, curiosity, and love of learning.

You will create engaging learning experiences that balance child led exploration with intentional teaching. You will champion the value of play based learning while supporting each child's individual strengths, interests, and developmental needs.

You will work collaboratively with educators and families to create an inclusive learning environment where children feel safe, capable, and excited to learn.

About You

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Registration (or eligibility)
• Strong understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines
• Passion for play based learning and supporting positive outcomes for children
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
