About this role:

The Assistant Campus Manager plays a crucial leadership support role, assisting in the day-to-day operations of our campus, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of our children, and supporting the campus manager and team to deliver quality educational programs and service excellence.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Current ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services or above;

  • Child Safety Reform Training (GECCKO) and Protecting children - Mandatory Reporting and other obligations Early Childhood;

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate;

  • Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training;

  • Current Working with Children's Check;

  • Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and support a team.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

  • Passion and commitment to delivering high-quality education and care.

  • Experience or interest in Montessori will be highly regarded but not essential.
