Aspire Early Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Room Leaders and Assistant Educators to join the opening team at our brand-new Lara centre.

Current Opportunities
Room Leaders (Full-Time)
Ideal for experienced early childhood professionals who are passionate about leading teams, mentoring educators, and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning and development.

Assistant Educators (Part-Time)
Ideal for enthusiastic educators who are passionate about supporting children's growth, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to a collaborative and nurturing learning environment.

About You
To be successful in one of these opportunities, you will have:
Room Leaders

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator
• Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills

Assistant Educators

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

For All Roles

• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive, professional and collaborative approach
• Availability to work on a 5 Day rotating roster between 6:30am and 6:30pm
