The centre
Kinder Kare is a family owned, purpose-built, modern long day care service that caters for 71 children from 0-12 years of age between 6:30 to 6:30 Monday to Friday.
We are looking for an experienced assistant educator to work alongside our highly qualified and passionate team and supportive management.

Your key priorities
Ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of children is paramount in all decision making, practices and interactions
Implementation and planning developmentally and educationally appropriate program
Provide supervision, assistance and support to other educators
Create a friendly, secure, stimulating and interactive learning environment for children
Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and families
Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
Your skills & qualifications
To be considered for the role, you will have:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services
At least one year of experience in early education
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (ELYF)
Strong knowledge and experience in planning, programming and documentation
Demonstrated commitment to child safety, safeguarding practices and upholding the principle that the wellbeing of children is paramount
