About Us

We aren't just an early learning center; we are a vibrant community hub. Perfectly positioned within 30 minutes of Perth's thriving South/East corridor, our beautiful, state-of-the-art ELC is custom-designed to inspire young minds.

We proudly feature cutting-edge indoor learning environments that flow seamlessly into a sprawling, premium natural yard where children can freely explore, connect with nature, and learn through outdoor play. We are looking for a visionary leader who matches the premium caliber of our facility-someone who brings infectious enthusiasm, a people-first mindset, and the operational expertise to drive excellence.

The Role: What We Are Looking For

As our Center Director, you won't just manage from a desk. You will be the heartbeat of our center. We want a true people manager-someone who leads with genuine passion, empowers their educators, builds deep partnerships with families, and fosters a culture of warmth and high morale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire & Lead: Mentor, motivate, and unite a large team of educators with an enthusiastic, supportive, and collaborative leadership style.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations and commercial success of a large, high-performing center.

  • Compliance Champion: Ensure strict adherence to the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and WA state licensing regulations.

  • Community Connection: Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with our local families and community.

What You Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you must be a compliance-focused professional who genuinely loves developing people and thriving in a bustling, large-scale service.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualifications: Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent/higher qualification).

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing a large ELC with exceptional team-building and "people manager" skills.

  • Compliance Savvy: Sound operational knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and assessment and rating processes.

  • Legal Requirements: Full, unrestricted Australian work rights.

  • Background Checks: Valid WA Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a current National Police Clearance.

  • References: Minimum of 2 professional, contactable references from recent employers.

Why Choose Us?

  • A Premium Environment: Work in a highly resourced, modern facility with a massive emphasis on nature-based outdoor spaces.

  • Strategic Location: Easy commute, situated within 30 minutes of the key South/East metropolitan corridor.

  • Supportive Culture: Join an organization that values your leadership, encourages autonomy, and actively supports your professional growth.

  • Attractive Remuneration: A highly competitive salary package reflective of your experience and the size of the center.
