About the Role

As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a funded 3 and 4-year-old Kindergarten program.

Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll help create engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

You will:

  • Deliver meaningful play-based learning experiences
  • Foster positive and inclusive learning environments
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to educational planning and documentation
  • Support children's social, emotional and developmental growth
  • Promote a culture of wellbeing, inclusion and child safety
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and allied professionals

About You

You are a passionate and dedicated early childhood professional who enjoys building positive relationships and creating engaging learning experiences for children.

Essential Requirements

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Current Employee Working with Children Check
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
  • Mandatory Reporting and Food Safety certificates

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working as an Early Childhood Educator
  • Sound understanding of child development and play-based learning
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Experience supporting educational programs and learning documentation
  • Ability to build respectful and inclusive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork
