Surry Hills Montessori Group is expanding, and we are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our teams at Wentworthville Childcare & Preschool and our brand-new Lidcombe Montessori Childcare & Preschool.

Our new Lidcombe centre offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a founding team and help shape a positive culture from the very beginning.
Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families.
Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Observe and document children's learning and development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high-quality practices.
Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS), EYLF, and centre policies.
Contribute positively to the centre team and culture.
Genuine passion for working with children.
Willingness to undertake a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
Understanding of EYLF and NQS.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience in programming, observations, and mentoring team members is highly regarded.
Current Working With Children Check (NSW).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
Current Child Protection qualification.
