Gurwood Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team.

About the Role

As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Lead the educational program in accordance with the EYLF

• Develop and implement engaging, play based learning experiences

• Guide and mentor educators to achieve high-quality outcomes

• Collaborate with families to support children's learning and development

• Support school readiness and successful transitions to school

• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality practice

• Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community

• Champion inclusive practices and children's rights

• Work collaboratively with the Educational Leader and Centre Leadership Team

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

• Current Working With Children Check

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications

• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and EYLF

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Passion for child-led learning and inquiry based practice

• Commitment to child safety and creating inclusive environments

• Experience mentoring and supporting educators (highly regarded)
