Gurwood Early Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team.

About the Role
As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
Lead the educational program in accordance with the EYLF
Develop and implement engaging, play based learning experiences
Guide and mentor educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
Collaborate with families to support children's learning and development
Support school readiness and successful transitions to school
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality practice
Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
Champion inclusive practices and children's rights
Work collaboratively with the Educational Leader and Centre Leadership Team
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Current Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and EYLF
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for child-led learning and inquiry based practice
Commitment to child safety and creating inclusive environments
Experience mentoring and supporting educators (highly regarded)
