If you're based in more remote areas around the Dandenong Ranges such as Belgrave, Emerald, Monbulk, and Gembrook, or the surrounds of Healesville and Yarra Junction we’d still love to hear from you. Many of our partner schools in these regions value local educators and offer consistent CRT opportunities.

If you’re passionate about supporting young people who learn best in smaller, relationship‑focused environments, Community Schools could be a great fit. These settings value teachers who are patient, resilient, and positive, with an interest in trauma‑informed practice. If you enjoy project‑based learning, teaching practical life skills, or mentoring students through social and emotional challenges, you’ll likely find this work incredibly rewarding.
 

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified secondary teachers with VIT registration (or pending)
• Seeking consistent bookings 2–5 days per week
• Open to commuting 30–60 minutes for the right school fit
• Confident in behavior management and flexible across different school settings
