Challenge Employment and Training Ltd is a well-established not-for-profit RTO. We deliver training and employment support programs across multiple locations in Southeast Queensland.

We are currently seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver the CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing / Disability) at our Browns Plains campus.

- Delivery will include the use of flexible learning models using online platforms and face-to-face training 4 days a week. You will work 1 day a week at our head office in Collingwood Park.

✅ Essential Requirements

• TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

• Relevant qualifications (Certificate, Diploma or higher) in Individual Support/Community Care

• Sound understanding of the Community Services Industry

• Recent and relevant industry experience (at least 2 years)

• Current Driver’s Licence

  The ability to train and assess HLTAID011 - Provide first aid would be highly regarded

📚 What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver and assess the Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)

• Use engaging and varied teaching methods to inspire learners

• Planning lessons and updating training materials as needed

• Mark and submit assessments within required timeframes

• Support students with work placement coordination

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes

• Build and sustain relationships with community partners and local employers

Compensation is competitive and will be based on your experience. Salary sacrifice is available!

Please note: Our main office is located at Collingwood Park (4301). Occasional travel between campuses is required.
