As a fixed-term full time Physics Teacher, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Teach the French Physics-Chemistry curriculum in French to secondary school students (Years 6-12)
• Prepare students for examinations (French DNB & Baccalauréat)
• Teach within the framework of the fundamental principles of the French and Australian educational systems with high standard expected

• Masters degree in education or equivalent
• At least 4 years’ experience teaching at secondary school level
• Ability to teach physics in French
• A teacher who is attentive and thoughtful, able to work collaboratively within the school community, and committed to improving academic results
• Proven ability to engage pupils through inclusive and innovative teaching practices
• Fluency in French and English (equivalent to an overall IELTS score of at least 5.0)
• Knowledge of the AEFE network and the French education system abroad
