Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training and assessments for Aged Care & Disability students & workers.

• Provide up-to-date and relevant learning, tailored to industry standards.

• Assess learners in both practical and theoretical settings, ensuring competency.

• Offer guidance and feedback to ensure continuous professional growth.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Australian citizenship is required for this position.

• Must have or willing to enrol into a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).

• Experience in both Aged Care and Disability Support sectors is required (minimum 1-2 years).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to assess and engage learners with diverse learning needs.

• Willingness to travel to rural and remote areas, if required.
