The Role
This full-time Gym Creche Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing the onsite creche and creating a safe, engaging environment for children while parents train.

You’ll work independently, build strong relationships with families, and take ownership of daily creche operations. This role suits someone from a childcare, daycare, teaching, nannying, or babysitting background looking for stable hours in a supportive, community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the gym creche
• Split shifts -  6am - 10am then 4pm till 7pm 
• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Communicate confidently with parents and gym staff
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and attendance procedures are followed

Who You Are

• Background in childcare, creche, daycare, teaching, nannying or similar
• Confident supervising children independently
• Caring, reliable, and highly organised
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)

What You’ll Get

• $60,000 – $65,000 + Super
