About the Role
As a casual early childhood educator, you'll step in as needed to provide support, helping to create a safe and engaging environment for children. You'll assist with daily activities, support children’s learning and development, and ensure their well-being during meals, play, and nap times. Your role will also involve following the centre’s routines and policies to maintain smooth operations.

What You Need:

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education or be actively working towards one (Cert 3 or Diploma)
• Valid Blue Card
• Previous experience in a childcare setting with 2 references (one must be a Director or 2IC)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
