Seaford Early Learning Centre is a warm, community-focused service seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our supportive and professional team.

About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through intentional teaching practices

• Observe, assess, and document children's progress

• Build strong partnerships with children, families, and the wider community

• Mentor and support educators within the teaching team

• Contribute to continuous quality improvement and National Quality Standards (NQS) outcomes

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification)

• Current Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain)

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates

• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child development

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for early childhood education

• Some experience in management support and compliance desirable but not necessary
