Compliance Support Partner
Sparrow Early Learning Support Office - Murarrie based
Full-time with 1 WFH day a week
As our Compliance Support Partner, you work side by side with the Head of Compliance & Training and collaboratively with operations and service leaders to strengthen child safe and compliant practices across our services. You support the consistent implementation and monitoring of legislative obligations and guiding frameworks across multiple locations.
With a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, National Child Safe Principles, including state based Child Safe Standards, you help services create safe, inclusive environments where children’s wellbeing is central to everyday practice. Your contribution supports regulatory readiness and embeds a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across Sparrow.

Supporting the ongoing implementation of child safety and compliance frameworks aligned to National Law, NQS, National Child Safe Principles and state based Child Safe Standards.
Supporting child safe practices, including Safeguarding The Sparrow Way, by monitoring training completion, documentation, and maintaining confidential records.
Assisting with compliance reporting and notifications, including NQAITS, reportable conduct processes, and accurate data collation.
Supporting the coordination of training, maintaining LMS records, scheduling sessions, and following up non-completions.
Contributing to continuous improvement by supporting updates to policies, guidance materials, and reporting on emerging risks and improvement opportunities

What you’ll need:
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
Minimum 1 year experience in a current Early Childhood Education compliance role
A strong understanding of policies, state legislations, EYLF, NQS and child-led educational philosophies.
Current & Valid Working with Children Check and child protection training
Mandatory National Child Safety Training
Current Drivers licence
Strong Administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
Strong computer skills and systems knowledge.
