RPAS (Drone) Instructor / Consultant (IMMEDIATE START)
FPV Australia, is Australia's longest running and a well respected drone training school, and we are expanding our team.
We are looking for an experienced individual in the NSW/ACT area for an immediate start.
You will be working alongside other skilled, qualified instructors, training individuals enrolled to gain their Remote Pilot's Licences and other endorsements, including BVLOS, EVLOS, and Medium RPA nationwide. When not training, you will be involved in assisting the organisation with other training programs and consultancy for our local and international clients.
This is a fun, dynamic, professional team, and you will need to be able to work both independently, but also as part of a team that is spread across Australia.
A serious passion for looking after your clients is essential here.
You will be based remotely from our head office (Working from home), and so will need to be self sufficient, and self motivated. FPV Australia will supply you with all you need to successfully fill this role including;
All Drones and related training equipment etc.
Comms Allowance - For mobile phone and internet at home
Company Uniforms - Both summer and winter uniforms provided
Apple Laptop and Equipment - Needed to access company data and conferencing

We have a very high standard, and demand a very high standard from our staff - This is non negotiable. You will need to be a candidate of high calibre.
You will be training in all variants of aircraft, but should you not hold the endorsements we need, you will be provided the necessary training to step up. (Medium ratings, for example). There is certainly room for career advancement.
Lots of our theory is conducted in a Virtual Classroom, so your computer and conferencing skills will need to be solid.
The right candidate here will need to be able to travel. Mainly throughout NSW, ACT and VIC, but other states and occasionally international. Our Australian clients are scattered nationwide, so this is an essential requirement. This is a non negotiable. Travel, will be a big part of this role.

We are looking for an individual with the following;
Prior training experience - You will need previous experience in training, and good experience in the RPAS industry. The role is for an RPAS instructor, so this must form the basis of your application. - This is non negotiable.
A genuine passion for training. Our students require someone that really cares about their outcomes. This is not your average 9 to 5. You need to be someone who wants to be part of it all, and deliver high quality outcomes to our clients.
Home office - You will need somewhere to be able to conduct video conferences in a professional manner. This is non negotiable. A quiet location where you can conduct conferencing services, in a professional manner is essential. You will be provided the equipment you need.
Professionalism and Integrity at all times. We can't stress this enough. Our standards are high, so should yours be.
You will need good skills on a computers and related products, such as the MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint are essential. We are a Mac house, so MacOS, would be a serious advantage.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
At a Minimum you must hold CASA Multi Rotor Sub 25kg with the ability to able to upgrade your ratings.
Highly motivated. You will be working remotely. Your ability to manage yourself is essential.
Current Drivers Licence and clear driving records - This is non negotiable.
Remote Pilot's Licence - You will need to be licensed and experienced in the RPAS industry. Further training will be provided. However, you will need to be able to demonstrate good experience, and a solid foundation to build on.
Be able to travel on a regular basis. - This is non negotiable - This position comes with a need to travel.
Have a clean record (Police Check)
