About the role
We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher/Educational Leader to join or supportive and innovative team at Discovery at Play Early Learning Centres Dalyellup. The position requires a passionate and motivated leader with a strong background in the delivery of children programs and a passion about working with children, families and community.
 

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA;

• Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standard

• Current Working with Childrens Check

• Excellent personal presentation

• Ability to demonstrate a competent level of English, both written and spoken

• Active TRBWA registration

• Flexibility with shifts

• Experience in a similar role

• Sponsorship/relocation incentives for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver education program for children aged 3-5 years

• Collaborate and inspire educators to achieve high educational practices

• Engage and supervise the children at all times

• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families

• Comply with National Quality Standards and Discovery at Play ELC policies and procedures

• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
