We are looking for a motivated and experienced Education Consultant to join our team in Gold Coast, Queensland.

Position: Experienced Education Consultant (Philipines)

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Gold Coast, Queensland

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide study and pathway advice to international students

• Assist with course selection, applications, enrolments, and offer acceptance

• Manage student enquiries and support students throughout the admissions process

• Assist students' student visa application.

• Build strong relationships with education providers and partners

• Support student recruitment for Australia and New Zealand

• Create and manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Assist with events, webinars, student testimonials, and marketing campaigns

• Achieve student recruitment and enrolment targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in education consulting, student recruitment, or student visa-related roles

• QEAC or MARA certification is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand education pathways

• Excellent English and Cebuano, Bisaya, Tagalog communication skills

• Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general administrative systems.

• Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms is highly regarded.
