The Opportunity

As Training and Delivery Manager for Beauty, you will have end-to-end accountability for the quality, consistency, and outcomes of Beauty qualifications across our six Queensland campuses.

You will work in close partnership with our Beauty Pathways Manager, together ensuring that students receive an exceptional experience from enrolment through to graduation. Your focus will be on what happens in the training room: delivery standards, trainer capability, compliance, and student progression.

This is a role for an experienced training leader who is equally comfortable analysing data in aXcelerate, coaching a trainer after a classroom observation, and presenting at an industry validation event. The Role

You will lead end-to-end training delivery for Beauty sector across six Queensland campuses. Your focus is delivery excellence: consistent, compliant, industry-relevant training that gives every student the best possible chance of graduation and a successful career.

Student progression is at the core of what you do. As the aXcelerate super-user for your stream, you will use data daily to track attendance, progress, and assessment completion, identifying at-risk learners early and driving structured interventions to get them back on track. You set the standard for what good looks like and hold it across every cohort and every campus.

Building and sustaining a high-performing trainer team is equally central to this role. You will conduct regular classroom observations, provide meaningful coaching and feedback, and design professional development programs that sharpen delivery skills, strengthen assessment consistency, and keep your team's industry knowledge current. A maintained skills matrix and audit-ready evidence of currency are non-negotiable expectations.

What You Bring

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), essential

• Relevant industry qualification in Beauty Therapy, ideally at Diploma level

• Demonstrated experience leading training delivery within an RTO environment

• Strong working knowledge of aXcelerate or a comparable student management system

• A data-driven approach to student progression, with experience identifying and managing at-risk learners

• Proven ability to coach, develop, and manage a team of trainers across multiple locations

• Sound understanding of RTO compliance, funding contracts, and audit requirements

• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a multi-campus environment

• A genuine passion for student outcomes and a commitment to industry-relevant, high-quality training
