About the Role

Depending on your experience, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care.

You will:

• Build strong, genuine relationships with children, families, and your team

• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive team culture

• Support or lead the planning and implementation of engaging programs aligned with the EYLF

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment

• Uphold compliance with the NQF, NQS, and all regulatory requirements

About You

We're looking for passionate educators who are excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing centre and make a meaningful difference.

You'll bring:

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

• At least 12 months' experience working in an early childhood setting

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts across our operating hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday

• Australian working rights

We welcome applications for full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities. Flexibility to work across opening and closing shifts is essential.

You'll also hold, or be willing to obtain:

• National Police Check

• Working with Children Check

• First Aid, Child Protection (or Mandatory Reporting), Child Safety, and Food Safety certifications
