Assistant Educator (Certificate III or Diploma Qualified)

About the Role:
Assistant Educator x 2 you will be a welcoming face for all children and families. You will support the delivery of an age-appropriate educational program, contribute to child observations, assist in creating inviting learning spaces and build strong relationships with children and families. Your priorities will include ensuring that every child receives a nurturing and enriching learning experience, feels safe and secure in their environment and that every parent feels valued and respected.  
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside and inspire assistant educators to deliver high-quality education and care.

• Create innovative educational programs that cater to the individual needs of each child.

• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, independence, and holistic development.

• Build strong relationships with parents and the community to support the growth and well-being of every child.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Have a strong knowledge of child safe standards. 

The Successful Applicant must have:

• Diploma of Children's services or Certificate III in children's services - relevant qualification to the job you are applying for.

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

• First Aid.

• CPR.

• Asthma & Anaphylaxis training. 

• Mandatory Reporting Training.

• Strong understanding of Child Safe Standards.

• Strong understanding and commitment of Early Childhood and practices.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
