St Teresa’s College is seeking a dedicated Head of Residence/Assistant Head of Boarding to lead our College residence, fostering a caring environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. Commencing Term 4, 2026.

In this leadership role, you will:

· Oversee the daily operations of a student residence

· Provide pastoral, physical, and spiritual care to students

· Build a positive boarding culture in collaboration with other Heads of Residence

· Support student wellbeing, discipline, and development

· Liaise with families, staff, and health professionals to ensure holistic care

· Promote structured study routines and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety

You will bring:

· A relevant qualification in residential care, education, or equivalent experience

· A strong sense of duty of care and commitment to student wellbeing

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Alignment with the College’s values and mission
