Our purpose built Imagine Childcare & Preschool Nowra centre is seeking Certificate III and Diploma Educators to join our growing Casual Pool!

Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assisting a classroom by engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of the children.

About your new role

• Assisting in leading a classroom and actively engaging with educators, families, children, and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences tailored to meet the individual needs of the children.

• Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

• Contributing to the documentation of children's skills and interests through a reflective practice cycle.

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

A little about you

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA

• Experience in an early childhood setting (preferred)

• Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
