St Teresa’s College is seeking dedicated Boarding Supervisors to help create a safe, structured, and welcoming space where students can thrive. Position to commence Term 4, 2026 with multiple positions available for 2027.
In this hands-on role, you will:
· Support the daily routines and wellbeing of boarding students
· Promote a positive and respectful boarding culture
· Assist with pastoral care, study supervision, and student behaviour
· Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and discipline
· Liaise with health staff and manage dietary needs
· Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
· Uphold the College’s values, policies, and mission
No formal qualification required, but experience in residential care or school boarding environments is highly valued. If you are reliable, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in students’ lives, we would love to hear from you!
