Your Opportunity to Lead, Inspire, and Grow
We’re searching for a dynamic and experienced Director who is ready to take the reins of a beautiful, new centre and make it their own. You’ll be supported by an experienced Area Manager and our friendly, hands-on Management Team, ensuring you always feel empowered, connected, and encouraged to thrive.
As our Centre Director, your role will include:
* Leading and mentoring a team of passionate educators
* Managing daily operations of the centre with care and confidence
* Building lasting relationships with families and the community
* Overseeing enrolments, tours, and family communications
* Managing rosters, budgets, stock orders, and audits
* Ensuring compliance and quality standards are consistently met
* Using OWNA to manage CCS, rolls, IS claims, and bookings
* Coordinating meetings, food ordering, and programming

Essential Criteria:
* Diploma or ECT qualification
* Minimum 12 months experience in a Director role
* Deep knowledge of the EYLF and child development (0–6 years)
* Experience with both online and paper-based programming
* Current Working with Children Check & First Aid certificate
* Statement of Attainment in Child Protection
* Strong understanding of the Education and Care National Regulations
* Confident with compliance, policies, and leading teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
