About the Role

As a Casual Support Educator, you'll play an important role in helping our centre run smoothly each day.

This is an all-rounder position that offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work across different rooms and age groups. You'll provide responsive support wherever it's needed, helping maintain our above-ratio staffing approach and ensuring every child receives the attention, care, and inclusion they deserve.

No two days are exactly the same, making this an ideal opportunity for educators who enjoy building relationships across the whole centre and contributing wherever they can make the biggest impact.

You may be:

• Supporting educators in implementing engaging learning experiences

• Building positive relationships with children and families

• Assisting with routines, transitions, and daily operations

• Providing additional support to promote inclusion and participation for all children

• Working across different age groups and learning environments

• Helping create safe, welcoming, and responsive learning spaces

About You

You'll be a positive, adaptable educator who enjoys working collaboratively and can confidently step into different environments throughout the centre.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working towards)

• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications (or willingness to obtain)

• Child Protection training and awareness

• Knowledge of, or commitment to learning, the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Education and Care Services National Regulations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and inclusion

Highly Desirable

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

• Experience working in early childhood education and care settings

• Experience supporting inclusive practices and diverse learning needs
