The position:

Hillcrest Christian College is seeking an experienced and relational Curriculum and Pedagogy Coach to join our Junior Learning Community in a 0.4 FTE position commencing in Term 3, 2026. This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with the Head of Pedagogy to support curriculum development, strengthen pedagogical practice, and contribute to ongoing improvement in student learning outcomes.

This opportunity would suit a committed Christian educator who is passionate about coaching others, fostering innovation, and helping shape a thriving culture of teaching and learning within the Junior Learning Community.
