We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the Bidwern Butj Uni; a unique partnership between Warddeken and Mimal Land Management organisations, focused on building the next generation of Indigenous land management leaders. Â

The OrganisationÂ
The Bidwern Butj Uni is a partnership between Warddeken Land Management Limited (Warddeken) and Mimal Land Management Aboriginal Corporation (Mimal). The partnership is built on the vision and commitment to delivering tangible and culturally appropriate benefits to Country and to culture for the landowners and people of West and Central Arnhem Land. Â
Both organisations have strong and highly valued men and women's ranger programs operating from remote homelands and communities in central and western Arnhem Land. Mimal and Warddeken provide employment for hundreds of Indigenous people who engage in vital land management programs including fire management, carbon abatement, weed and feral animal control and rock art, cultural heritage and ecological conservation and management.Â

You will be responsible for driving the effectiveness, impact and long-term sustainability of the Bidwern Butj Uni program.Â
