What You’ll Be Doing

·         Deliver engaging, hands-on training in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and/or Appliance Services 

·         Mentor and assess apprentices as they build skills and confidence 

·         Partner with employers to support strong learner outcomes 

·         Structure your days with autonomy and flexibility 

What You’ll Bring

·         Trade qualification in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration and/or Appliance Services 

·         Refrigerant Handling Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence 

·         Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122) — or willingness to obtain 

·         Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) 

·         Current industry knowledge and solid hands-on experience 

·         A genuine passion for mentoring and developing future tradies
