Are you an experienced Early Childhood Teacher looking for the opportunity to help shape something special?
Everen Early Learning opened its doors just 10 weeks ago and has already become one of Toowoomba's fastest-growing early learning services. As our community continues to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our Kindergarten team and work alongside our newly qualified ECT in delivering an exceptional government-approved Kindergarten program.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher who enjoys mentoring, collaborating and creating meaningful learning experiences for children in the year before school.

Our purpose-built service caters for 104 children across six learning environments and has quickly developed a reputation for its beautiful learning spaces, supportive culture and commitment to excellence.
Working alongside our Kindergarten team, you will:
Deliver a high-quality Queensland Government Approved Kindergarten Program
Support children's learning and development through play-based experiences
Collaborate with our newly qualified Early Childhood Teacher
Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
Contribute to curriculum planning, documentation and assessment
Support children's successful transition to school
Help foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Queensland Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong understanding of the EYLF, QKLG and National Quality Framework
Experience delivering a Kindergarten program
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
