About the role

A role for an experienced educator with leadership experience or ready to take the next step in their career. We are searching for a full-time educator to join our team in an on the floor leadership position.

This role a hybrid room leader and assistant director role. We have a flat organisation structure, so do share the day to day roles and responsibilities and it is important everyone works together. Our team culture is vital to fostering a positive work environment for our staff and this also allows for a nurturing learning environment for our children and families. 

We use a play based philosophy and curriculum, using structured and spontaneity to create the best learning opportunities for children aged birth to school.

Essential qualifications:

Completed Certificate III in Child Services

Studying, willing to study or hold a Diploma of Child Services
