We are seeking a passionate Certificate III Educator (or Working Towards Diploma) to join our team in beautiful Mount Kembla. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children while working within a supportive, family-focused team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building meaningful and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

• Supporting child-led learning experiences inspired by children's interests, ideas and curiosities.

• Creating engaging indoor and outdoor environments that encourage exploration, creativity and discovery.

• Providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years.

• Documenting children's learning and sharing their achievements with families.

• Supporting children's wellbeing, belonging and confidence through responsive interactions.

• Working collaboratively with a team that values reflection, innovation and continuous improvement.

• Maintaining a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children.

• Adhering to all relevant regulations, policies and procedures.

• Participating in ongoing professional development to strengthen your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or Working Towards Diploma).

• Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for supporting children's growth, learning and development.

• A commitment to providing high-quality education and care.

• The ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for contributing to our centre culture.

• Current driver's license and reliable transport (essential due to our location and limited public transport options).
