About Us

At Journey Early Learning, we’re focused on creating environments where children feel safe, secure and inspired to explore their curiosity and wonder.
Our centres are supported by a connected ecosystem of teams working together to deliver exceeding outcomes for children, families and communities. We’re an aspirational organisation—always looking to challenge ourselves, evolve, and be better.

About the Role

As a Family Enrolments Officer, you’ll be the first point of connection for families beginning their Journey. You’ll play a key role in shaping their experience—supporting enquiries, coordinating tours, and guiding families through the enrolment process.
Working closely with our Centre Leadership Teams, you’ll help drive occupancy while ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and aligned to our values.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responding to family enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
  • Building authentic connections with families and understanding their needs
  • Booking and coordinating tours with our centres across VIC, QLD and NT.
  • Preparing centres for successful tours and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Following up with families post-tour to support enrolment decisions
  • Managing enrolment documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Partnering with centres to support occupancy and waitlist management
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across enrolment processes and family experience

About You

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating positive experiences.
You’ll bring:
  • Experience in customer service, enrolments, sales support or administration
  • Strong communication skills and confidence across phone and digital channels
  • A natural ability to build trust and influence with warmth and professionalism
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems (desirable, not essential)
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain prior to commencement

Why Join Journey
  • Hybrid working model – balance your time between home and office
  • Be part of a purpose-driven organisation making a real difference
  • Work within a collaborative ecosystem that supports our centres
  • Ongoing development in a growing, aspirational organisation
  • Contribute to creating exceeding services for children and families

Our Values

At Journey, everything we do is guided by:
  • Connection – building meaningful relationships with families, children and each other
  • Consideration – showing care, respect and thoughtfulness in every interaction
  • Communication – keeping things clear, consistent and collaborative
