We’re a busy, family-owned and operated long day care and Kindergarten centre located at the southern end of the Gold Coast, and we’re currently seeking a Lead Educator to join our team 5 days per week.

Essential requirements:
Current Blue Card
Willingness to obtain current First Aid and CPR qualifications
Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent qualification

About you:
Experience and confidence working with all age groups
Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Confident in programming and documentation aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team
Calm, confident, and professional approach with children, families, and colleagues
Reflective practitioner with a positive attitude toward quality improvement and teamwork

Additional training can be provided internally to the right candidate.
