About the Role As the Room Leader, you'll play a key role in establishing a positive team culture and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of your learning environment
• Supporting and mentoring educators within the room
• Developing and implementing engaging educational programs based on children's interests and developmental needs
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintaining high standards in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and community-focused culture

About You

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or a strong educator ready to step into a leadership role
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families
