About the Role As the Room Leader, you'll play a key role in establishing a positive team culture and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
You'll be responsible for: - Leading the day-to-day operations of your learning environment
- Supporting and mentoring educators within the room
- Developing and implementing engaging educational programs based on children's interests and developmental needs
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining high standards in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and community-focused culture
About You - Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or a strong educator ready to step into a leadership role
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families
